THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not an EA role. It is a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious builds in modern media  at the moment the entire industry is being rewritten. You will move with the executives through the rooms, cities and conversations that are shaping what comes next.

ROLE MISSION

To run the operating system. You protect the time, sharpen the output and choreograph a working life that moves between flagship media work, global travel and convening rooms and meetings full of the most consequential founders, creators, investors and leaders in the category.

You make the magic look effortless and you use every tool available, AI included, to do it.

KEY OUTCOMES

• The calendar is run with judgement, not admin reflex every meeting evaluated against whether it builds the brand, the business, the team or the network that compounds them.

• AI is woven into the workflow used fluently to create leverage and opportunity. The output is better and faster because of it.

• Global travel runs flawlessly across time zones: LA, NYC, wherever the work goes. Flights, cars, hotels, briefings, kit, contingencies. We arrive ready, every time.

• Every room is walked into prepared, concise pre-reads, dossiers on the people in it, the context required to land precisely.

• Deadlines held; assets are shipped on time to the highest quality.

• Private dinners, salons and convening moments are quarterbacked end to end: guest lists, venues, menus, seating, run-of-show, follow-ups. The room feels inevitable; the logistics are invisible.

• The relationships that matter to the business are tended:  birthdays remembered, thank-you's sent, introductions made, the right person met at the right moment.

• The texture of the executive’s life is handled with taste and discretion.

The trends, the viral moments, the It-brands of the season, the founder everyone’s about to be talking about, the restaurant that opened last week, the creator no one’s watching yet but should be. You are early on everything and you bring the world in with you.

• Obsessed with AI and what it makes possible. You see AI as the most exciting tool you’ve ever had. You’re already using it daily. You experiment with new models, build your own workflows, and have strong opinions on what works. You believe the next era of work belongs to people who pair human judgement with machine leverage and you want to be one of them.

• Editorial taste. Can tell the difference between status and noise without being told. You write well. Think structurally. Spots the thing nobody else has clocked yet.

• Discreet. Confidences are absolute. Sits at a private dinner with a billionaire founder, major creator and makes the logistics invisible. And is still someone who can socialise with the team on a Friday night.

• Unflappable under pressure. Calendars come apart. Flights get cancelled. Deadlines move. Holds standards while everything else moves around them.

• Operationally fierce. Allergic to vagueness, bureaucracy and “circling back.” Finishes things. Moves at pace and moves things forward.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• 2 years+ supporting a senior principal, founder, public figure, executive, talent or editor in a high-velocity, internationally-mobile environment.

• A publicity, PR, talent, agency or media background is a strong advantage. You’ve sat near the heat of a launch, a tour, a press cycle, a campaign or a cover and you know how those machines actually work.

• A passport that’s seen action and an appetite for more. Comfortable handling international logistics across time zones, currencies and cultures.

• Demonstrable AI fluency you already use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools daily, and can show us how. Bonus points for custom GPTs, Claude Projects, automations, or any system you’ve built to make yourself faster.

• Demonstrable taste in your writing, your presentation, your thinking. The way you send an email tells us as much as the CV does.
