YOUR MISSION
To transform The Diary of a CEO's socials from podcast clips pages into one of the most distinctive and engaging social brands in the world.
As Social Producer, you’ll create, experiment with, and publish social-native content that expands the world of DOAC beyond episode clips.
You’ll develop formats, design scroll-stopping posts, and continuously test new ways to tell stories across social platforms.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves making content. You’ll spend your time ideating, producing, and shipping social content that drives engagement, conversation, and long-form viewership.
OUTCOMES
Launch and produce new social-native formats beyond podcast clips, including carousels, storytelling posts, host moments, behind-the-scenes content, and cultural commentary.
Turn DOAC’s social channels into a creative destination, not just a distribution feed.
Produce high-performing content that drives engagement, shares, saves, and conversation across platforms.
Create posts that consistently convert social attention into long-form viewership on YouTube and other platforms.
Experiment constantly with formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to evolve how the show lives on social.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create and publish social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
Develop and test repeatable social formats that expand the DOAC brand.
Turn long-form podcast moments into scroll-stopping short-form content.
Create carousel storytelling, visual posts, and social-native content that lives beyond clips.
Spot trends, cultural moments, and audience signals to inform what we post next.
Collaborate with editors, producers, and the social team to maximise the impact of every episode.
Use performance data to refine hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You’re a social content creator at heart.
You love experimenting with formats, writing hooks, designing posts, and publishing content that gets people to stop scrolling.
You’re deeply familiar with how social platforms work and understand what makes people watch, share, comment, and follow.
You move fast, test ideas constantly, and treat social media as a creative playground.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has strong instincts for short-form storytelling and social-native content
Can turn long-form conversations into high-impact social moments
Is obsessed with format experimentation and constantly testing new ideas
Has experience creating content for large creator, podcast, or media brands
Understands audience behaviour, trends, and platform culture
Moves quickly, experiments constantly, and learns from performance data

DOAC’s social channels evolve beyond clips into a creative, engaging content destination with new formats and storytelling styles.
Engagement across platforms increases through more original and social-native content.
Social content consistently drives new audiences into long-form episodes.

DOAC is widely recognised as one of the most distinctive and culturally relevant podcast brands on social media, with formats and content that audiences actively seek out.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Screening Process - Our screening process is designed to assess candidates in a fair way. This gives you an opportunity to share your skill, experience and passion.
Phone Call with the Talent Team - You will share a call with our talent team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and any next steps.
1st Interview - This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.
2nd Stage Interview - Task - Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work.
Final Stage Interview - The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
