Your Mission
Own the day-to-day management of FlightStory’s indirect revenue social channels— Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and Shorts to drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
You will work under the Head of Media Growth to develop and execute strategies that expand our reach, increase engagement, and optimize content performance for monetization.
Day to Day
- Grow audience size and engagement across Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, aligning with revenue targets.
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive views, retention, and monetisation opportunities.
- Optimise performance using analytics, trends, and platform insights to inform decisions.
We're looking for
- Deep understanding of social media growth strategies, particularly on Snapchat, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent content judgment—knowing what will resonate, engage, and convert.
The Ideal Candidate
- You live and breathe social media, always ahead of the trends and platform updates.
- You have experience managing social channels in a fast-paced environment and know how to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- You’re proactive, organised, and have a track record of growing audiences and monetising content.
- You have a proven track record growing these monetised platforms.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 6-12 months, you will have significantly increased audience size and engagement rates across our key platforms, optimised our content strategy for revenue generation, and developed a scalable system for consistent growth.
- You’ll be a key player in turning our social channels into high-performing revenue streams.
Location
- Shoreditch, London : We are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
- Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important

Phone Call with the Talent Team. After the culture survey is complete you'll receive a link to book an initial call with our Talent Team or directly with Director of Media Growth, where you'll go through the roles, our business, next steps and any questions you may have.
1st Interview. Meet your potential manager and surrounding team members here on site in London HQ.
2nd Stage Interview: Task If 1st interview is positive we will share a task that reflects the day to day of the role to work on and send back to us.
Final Stage Interview. Meet a senior stakeholder in the business.
